Community pillars are players who have volunteered to help maintain order and assist in the policing of the RetroMUD community. They act as a first line for the enforcement of the rules and resolving rule-related disputes. If you require clarification about a rule, believe someone else has been violating the rules, or if you need help arbitrating a dispute with another player over rule-related issues, you can speak to one of the community pillars to see what they can do to help. If the pillars are unable to resolve the issue, they may pass the matter along to the archwizards or admins. Please remember that community pillars are volunteers and are real people who come here to play the game and have given up some of that time to help others with their issues. Please show them respect, respect their decisions and be respectful of their time. To see which community pillars are currently on duty, type "pillar who". Known community pillars who do not show up with this command are considered off duty and should not be bothered with tells about pillar-related matters. If no one is listening to the pillar channel, known pillars may be contacted via mudmail. |
