Studying in skills requires both experience, and gold for studying
fees that the guild collects. You must be in the training room for
your guild to use this command. It has several forms:

         study               will advance that spell by 5%.
         study  to: <#>          will train that spell to <#>%
         study  next: <#>        will advance that spell by <#>%

Note: if you are under level 21, the guild waives fees as
follows:

Spells available in levels 1-9 in the guild: up to 80% free.
Spells available in levels 10-14 in the guild: up to 75% free.
Spells available in levels 15-20 in the guild: up to 65% free.
